Tosnóidh na himeachtaí ar an dtráigh leis an Ealaín Tráigh. Comórtas oscailte ab é , do leanaí, clainne agus grupaí.

Tabharadh cuireadh dóibh súíd a bhfuil fonn orthu nithe a bhailiú ón dtráigh agus píosa ealaíon ghainimh a chruthú. Bígí an-churamach agus sibhse ag bailiú nithe ón dtráigh.

Leanfaidh an moltóireach le linn an comórtas go dtí 3.30 i.n. tabharfar amach na torthaí ar an dtráigh.

Beach Art

The Beach Art competition is the first event to take place on the beach during the Regatta. Families, groups and individuals are invited to construct a piece of art using materials found on the beach, ie sand, shells, and other items.

While we encourage people to use material from the beach, we ask you to be extremly careful and use gloves where necessary, especially if picking up sharp items, such as shells.
